Inspiration is everywhere.
Now that is a statement I have always agreed with and finding ways to inspire others, well, thats where the fun begins. 2014 has officially arrived and I’m making my move. This is a project I have been wanting to start for quite some time so I’m ecstatic to get the ball rolling!
Many of us chase the “perfection” that graces the runway. And while those models are beautiful who says you aren’t?
I was inspired by Coco Chanel’s quote “Life is a fashion show and the world is your runway” to create a blog that empowers the fierce super models in all of us. On the Kattwalk is a blogazine that features fashion, hair and beauty tips, fitness, and healthy cooking recipes. I know every time I put on a killer outfit I work it with a strut everywhere I go or when I get in a good workout I feel better about myself.
My goal is to create a community by motivating readers to have fun learning about various beauty topics, get inspired to make better habits and join in on the conversations. This is as much a place for me to share my tips as it is for you! By embracing the reality that we will never be 5’11” and 100 pounds, we can find ways to achieve a realistic healthy lifestyle, together. After all, being thin is so 2013. Toned, HEALTHY, and happy are what 2014 holds. I mean come on, I am 5’1″, have a handful of imperfections but I find this acceptance within me that sparks a passion to feel beautiful, confident, strong, and worth it. Whether you are already at this point of feeling self worth or are feeling like you need a change, this is the place for you.
On the Kattwalk is designed to build others, especially women, and remind them that eating healthy and working out is the lifestyle that should be chased. Let’s be strong mentally and physically, feeling beautiful and confident together. This is a journey I work towards everyday and I can’t wait for you to join me.
Take a look around you. Are you inspired?
I sure hope so because this is one catwalk, the everyday Kattwalk, that you aren’t gonna want to miss.
