Green Giant (Energy Boost Juice)

We are almost to the weekend and it is going to take every bit of energy I have within me to make it. Any time I feel like I need a pick-me-up during the day I turn to a energy boosting juice rather than candy or sweets. Truth is, the right mixture can taste just as sweet, have plenty of health benefits and contain natural sugars rather than that artificial crap that is in practically everything. 🙁

Makes: 4 servings
One 8-oz  serving = 140 calories
Natural Sugars = 30g per serving


  • 5 Green Apples
  • 3/4 Pineapple
  • 2 1/4 Mango
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 2/3 Kiwi
  • 1/2 oz of Wheat Grass
  • 1/2 oz of Barely Grass
  • 1/2 cup of Spinach
  • 1/2 cup of Broccoli
  • 2 oz of  Green Tea

Always on-the-go or pressed for time? I really love this Green Giant drink because I can bottle the extra servings up and drink them for snacks during the week. Just remember to shake well before enjoying.
